  Used to be good until they changed out the Sweet-N-Low for powdered Monk Fruit! What bis this Russia?!?! Will be heading over to Starbucks from now on, or at least until they get back on board with the rest of the coffee shops in the USA and carry Sweet-N-Low!

  I visited this morning around 8am! Dining area was very dirty! I like to sit in the back corner,the table was filthy and so was the seat! The whole dining area looked dirty like it was not properly cleaned the night before, sticky tables and crumbs in the carpet . The coffee area had a sticky residue like it was wiped with a dirty rag! I had to make napkins wet in the restroom to wipe off the seat and table! The dining room area is dated with many worn and torn seats! The Transition strip between the carpet and tile floor is off and carpet coming loose! The condition of the dining area makes me wonder how good they maintain the food production area???

  This is Panera bread. The environment is the same as every other Panera bread, so don't expect anything different with that. Same thing with the food, nothing different from Panera bread. It is good, the prices are a little higher than expected for the types and amounts of food you get. As far as cleanliness is concerned, I never had a problem with the tables being dirty.
