  I really like Arby's with two exceptions.. stop putting my napkins in my hot sauce from sliders... And for the love of all that's good in this world... Stop adding lettuce and tomatoes to everything.. if I want to make a healthier choice I will let you know ..I don't need to be told .. that's the old sandwich.. shut the heck up and give it to me correctly.. you are wrong. Not me... Ive been going to Arby's nearly 30 yrs... I think I know what I want.. and your just pissing me off...if not for that I'd give you 5 stars

  Horrible service, order was wrong, black cashier and I argued about what I ordered. This isn't the first time she's been downright rude to me.

  To use their slogan, they have the meats. Good fast service food came hot and was good. Pretty good for a fast food joint

  Rudest service I have ever had. I came through the drive thru, and ordered a french dip meal with a drink and a lava cake. After i get home, I realize they forgot both my drink AND my lava cake. So I call in to talk to someone. After ringing for 2 minutes straight, someone picks up, then immediately hangs up. Frustrated, I drive back. They say there is no proof that I didn't get either items, and they can't give me anything. Like I said, worse service ever. Never going there again
